NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th June, 2016

S.O. 2239(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4(2) of the Railway Servants (Hours of Work and Period of Rest) Rules, 2005 under Section 136 of the Indian Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notify Sh. Rajeev Arora, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment as the Appellate Authority to hear Appeals under the said Rules. This will take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
