Ministry of Mines Invites Comments on draft rules “The Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules , 2015” by 20th November, 2015
The Ministry of Mines has prepared the draft rules named “ The Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules 2015 ” for the provisions relating to grant and regulation of mineral concessions under the #Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
The draft rules are placed on the website of the Ministry of Mines http://mines.nic.in/Home/Index(What’s New), for inviting comments/ suggestions from the general public, Governments of States / Union Territories, Mining Industry, Stake Holders, Industry Associations, and other persons and entities concerned. The last date for receipt of the comments/suggestions is 20th November, 2015.
