Composition Scheme: GST CMP 3 Form not filed : Consequences

Opted for Composition Scheme but forgot to file Form GST CMP 3 (Stock Intimation ). What are the Consequences ?

You are required to file Stock Intimation in GST CMP 3  details within 90 days of the date from which Composition Levy is sought or within such period as extended by Commissioner  as per Rule 3(4) of CGST Rules 2017

Rely by GSTN Network :-

However, in case it is found that you were not eligible for the Composition Levy or have not filed Stock Intimation, you would be compulsorily pushed out of the Composition Levy by initiating appropriate proceedings.
