Revised Entry Ticket Prices for Centrally Protected Ticketed Monuments

          The entry fee for centrally protected ticketed monuments has been reasonably increased with effect from 1.4.2016. The revised entry fee applicable is given below.

 

          The entry fee has now been revised reasonably in consultation with all stakeholders without putting such burden on the tourist and after giving sufficient notice.

 

 
          Periodical review of entry ticket prices would be done in consultation with all stakeholders.

 

Entry fee Structure at Centrally Protected Ticketed Monuments effective from 1.4.2016

        *Provided that the Rs.750/- and Rs.300/- ticket is optional for Nationals of countries other than mentioned in (i) above. This would entitle the ticket holder to additional facilities as specified by Director General, by order, from time to time.

 

This information was given by Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge) and Minister of State for Civil Aviation in a written reply in Rajya Sabha today.
