I applied for registration on portal, and arn was issued after filing. but i did not received any email from GST for my username and id. due to which i am not able to login to the portal. what to do in this case.
to resend the welcome email and SMS which contains the GSTIN and password. In case the dealers receive problem statement like “GSTIN and password not received or not working”, please request such users to Go to Services Registration New Registration Login with TRN. This will prompt a message “Please click here to resend the Email and SMS”. On Click of link, email with GSTIN and password will be retriggered on the Registered email id
