THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016
NO. 39 OF 2016
[4th August, 2016.]
An Act further to amend the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be called the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act, 2016.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 24th May, 2016.
