In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 164 of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Act No.16 of 2017), the Government hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the Notification issued in G.O.Ms. No.34, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dated 24-01-2018.
