In exercise of powers conferred under section 408 read with sub-section (1) of section 466 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Justice (Retd.), Shri M. M. Kumar, Chairman, Company Law Board as President, National Company Law Tribunal with effect from 1st June, 2016 as an ad-interim arrangement till joining of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
