S. O. 1215(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints 19th day of April, 2017, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
