In pursuance of sub-rule (4) of Rule 10 of the Official Language (use for Official Purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby notifies Competition Appellate Tribunal, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, wherein more than 80% staff members have acquired working knowledge of Hindi.
