ORDER
1. Rejoinder affidavit has been filed by Shri Piyush Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner today in the Court, which is taken on record.
2. Shri Piyush Agrawal submits that even though the GST ID/password for a partnership firm has been provided to the petitioner, but on logging with the said ID/password, he is not able to access the registration certificate of his partnership firm which is migrated to GST. There appears to be a technical problem and many dealers may be facing this kind of difficulty.
3. Shri C.B. Tripathi may seek instructions if any arrangement has been made to resolve such kind of problems land to see that the GST ID/password provided to the petitioner functions and he is able to generate his new registration certificate as a partnership firm.
