Documents required for GST Migration (enrolment)*¹

Following information/documents should be readily available by existing tax payer to enrol with GST Portal 

1. Provisional ID received from State/Central Authorities;
2. Password received from the State/Central Authorities;
3. Valid Email Address;
4. Valid Mobile Number;
5. Bank Account Details
6. Copy of Registration Certificate in any law (RC)

Documents: 

a) Proof of Constitution of Business:

1. In case of Partnershipfirm: Partnership Deed of Partnership Firm (PDF and JPEG format in maximum size of 1 MB)
2. In case of Others: Registration Certificate of the Business Entity (PDFand JPEG format in maximum size of 1 MB)

b) Details of Promoters/ Partners/Karta of HUF (With Name, DOB, Mobile No, Designation, PAN, Aadhaar No., Address Proof, Photograph of such person in JPEG format in maximum size of 100 KB)

c) Proof ofAppointmentof Authorized Signatory in PDF or JPEG format in maximum size of 1 MB (With Name, DOB, Mobile No, Designation, PAN, Aadhaar No., Address Proof, Photograph of Authorized Signatory in JPEG format in maximum size of 100 KB)

d) Proof of principal place of Business JPEG format in maximum size of 100 KB (with address, Email ID, Mob. No., Nature of business activity)

e) Proof of Additional Place of Business, if any, in JPEG format in maximum size of 100 KB (with address, Email ID, Mob. No., Nature of business activity)

f) All Bank Account Details (With Opening page of Bank Passbook / Statement containing BankAccount Numberof <Account Number>, Address of Branch, Address of Account holder and few transaction details (PDF and JPEG format in maximum size of 1 MB)

g) DSC Details, if available (with common name, Issuer name, Serial No., Expiry Date)
