ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st August, 2016 S.O. 2575(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of the Section 18 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. A.B.P. Pandey, IAS (MH : 1984) as the Chief Executive Officer of the Unique Identification Authority of India with effect from 12.07.2016.
