SUBJECT – Request for Proposal for engagement of international and/or domestic law firms for representing the Government of India in arbitrations/disputes under Bilateral Investment Treaties and/or investment chapters of Free Trade Agreement/Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements/Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreements – reg.
