NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th July, 2018
S.O. 3676(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (b) of rule 3 of the Passport (Entry into India) Rules, 1950, the
Central Government hereby designates Kattupalli Seaport in Tiruvallur District of Tamil Nadu State as an authorized
Immigration Check Post for entry into/exit from India with valid travel documents for all classes of passengers.

S.O. 3677(E).—In pursuance of Sub-Clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order 1948, the Central
Government hereby appoints the Superintendent of Police, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu State as the “Civil
Authority” for the purposes of the said Order for the Seaport Immigration Check Post located at Kattupalli Seaport of
Tiruvallur District in the jurisdiction of TamilNadu State with effect from 13-07-2018.
