In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (16 of 2017) the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby make the following amendment to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.250, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-I), 28th June, 2017, namely:—
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from 13th October, 2017.
AMENDMENT
In the said notification, for the words “seventy-five lakh rupees”, the words, “one crore rupees” shall be substituted;
