SECTION 68 OF THE MIZORAM GST ACT, 2017, READ WITH RULE 138 OF THE MIZORAM GST RULES, 2017 – E-WAY BILL – E-WAY BILL NOT APPLICABLE FOR INTRA-STATE MOVEMENT OF GOODS WITHIN MIZORAM TILL FURTHER ORDERS
NOTIFICATION NO.15A/2018-STATE TAX [NO.J.21011/1/2017-TAX/VOL III/PT (iii)],DATED 2-5-2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Mizoram, hereby notifies that on or after the 1st April 2018, no e-way bill shall be required to be generated, for the intra-State movement that commences and terminates within the State of Mizoram, in respect of any goods of any value.
This notification shall be in force until further orders are issued in this regard.
