CONSTITUTION OF SCREENING COMMITTEE ON ANTI-PROFITEERING FOR STATE OF ASSAM
NOTIFICATION [NO.FTX.56/2017/PT-I/53], DATED 7-9-2017
In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor of Assam is pleased to constitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam consisting of the following officers, namely:—
| (1) | Shri Viney Kumar Paul, Commissioner, GST, CBEC, Guwahati | |
| (2) | Shri Hiranya Kumar Sarma, Joint Commissioner of State tax, Government of Assam. |
This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in Official Gazette.
