No. F. 2 (36) Vidhi/2/2018 .- In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to authorise the publication in the Rajasthan Gazette of the following translation in the English Language of Rajasthan Maal aur Seva Kar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2018 (2018 Ka Adhiniyam Sankhyank 23) :

Act
to amend the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the
Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018.
(2) Save as otherwise provided, the provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint:
Provided that different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision
