PART XIII

AMENDMENT TO THE CENTRAL ROAD FUND ACT, 2000

Commencement of this Part

205. The provisions of this Part shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification *in the Official Gazette, appoint.

*NOTIFICATION No. SO 1435(E) [F.No.2(10)-B(AC)/2018], New Delhi, the 31st March, 2018.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 205 of the Finance Act, 2018 (No.13 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st April, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Part XIII of Chapter VIII of the said Act shall come into force.
