NOTIFICATION NO.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2018 (PART-I), DATED 17-4-2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby rescinds, the Notification No.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/ 2018(Part-I) of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, dated the 28th March, 2018, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 108, dated the 28th March, 2018.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 20th day of April, 2018.
