Amendment of certain Acts
173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act,-
| (i) | in the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003 (Odisha Act 11 of 2013), sections 242 and 248 shall be omitted; and | |
| (ii) | in the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950), clauses(e) and (f) of sub-section (1) of section 131 shall be omitted. |
