Section 173 Telangana GST Act 2017

Amendment of certain Acts
173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of this Act,-
the following provisions of law shall be omitted.
| (i) | Sec 14 of the Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994, in so far as it refers to clause (f) of Sub section (1) of section197 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act,1955 ; | |
| (ii) | Clause (f) of Sub section (1) of section197 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act,1955 ; | |
| (iii) | Sec 114 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965; (iv) Section 63 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994; |
