Assessees who are engaged in business                               31st July 2016

and whose turnover is less

than  Rs 1 Crore during FY 2015-16

Assessees who are engaged in                                                  31st July 2016

profession ( Chartered Accountant , Doctors etc )

and whose turnover is less

than  Rs 25 lakh during FY 2015-16

Assessees who are engaged in business                              30th  September  2016

and whose turnover is above

Rs 1 Crore during FY 2015-16

Assessees who are engaged in                                                  30th  September  2016

profession ( Chartered Accountant , Doctors etc )

and whose turnover is above

  Rs 25 lakh during FY 2015-16
